Finland has retained its crown as the happiest country in the world for three consecutive years, thanks to a high-quality education system, healthy life expectancy and good welfare provision.

Want to learn some of their secrets to happiness? Well, now you can, thanks to a free online 'happiness course', which is running throughout May and June.

The Finnish company, Rentafinn, is inviting people around the world to learn more about their unique mood-boosting traditions. From relaxation tips to cooking lessons, the livestreams will teach everyone how to live a more balanced and happy life.

The founders explain: "Being happy has a lot to do with our daily habits: a short walk in the forest, going ice swimming or tasting something fresh from nature. All of these things add a sense of calm and happiness to everyday life – something we all need right now!

"To help during these trying times, we wanted to share some of our tips on how to become happy like a Finn no matter where you are physically."

How can you get involved?

There will be five live broadcasts for you to choose from, which will be shown during May and June on the campaign website and on Visit Finland's Youtube and Facebook channels. Each of the 'happiness guides' will perform activities that make Finns happy.

But that's not all: The team will also offer a limited number of virtual one-on-one sessions – which is perfect if you're in need of some additional happiness advice.

"This time we invite you to connect with us Finns virtually to learn about our nature and see our unique habits and traditions that can help you become calmer and happier."
