Country music’s favorite duo is back together! On Thursday, June 4, Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard surprised CMA Fest goers with a crowd-rousing performance at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium.

After Ella Langley’s magnetic set, famed boxing ring announcer and sports presenter Michael Buffer praised Florida Georgia Line for their accomplishments, at which point Brian and Tyler popped up on separate sides of the stadium and were projected onto big screens as they made their way through the crowd to center stage, singing “Round Here” as they walked.

When the duo made it to the stage, they shared a long hug before addressing the fans. “CMA Fest, it feels so good to be here with my brother,” Tyler exclaimed into the mic. “And listen, we got three things we want to say tonight: First of all, God is good. Second of all, life is short. And most importantly, your boys… we back, baby!”

Unsurprisingly, the audience and social media erupted in cheers for the news. “Not to be dramatic but this just saved me,” one fan commented on Instagram. “And suddenly all is right in the world,” someone else chimed in. “The boys are back,” another fan exclaimed. “We are healing,” someone else commented.

Florida Georgia Line debuted in 2010 and quickly catapulted into the country stratosphere thanks to hits like “Cruise,” “This Is How We Roll,” and “H.O.L.Y.” Despite their massive success, the duo parted ways in 2022 because of creative differences and to focus on solo careers. At the time, fans were devastated. So, last night’s surprise performance felt like nothing short of a treat for FGL loyalists.

As for what’s next, that will be a surprise, too. In the meantime, Brian and Tyler are building anticipation by reviving their Instagram, which has been dormant since the split. The first post? A drone-shot clip from the ground up, showing them on the Spotify House rooftop on Broadway. “THE BOYS ARE BACK,” the caption reads. Meanwhile, in their Stories, the duo shares fresh FGL merch, including their new slogans “FGL LFG” and “Better Together: FGL,” which are sure to sell out.

If you missed CMA Fest, you can tune in to the three-hour concert broadcast on ABC on June 25.
