Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely grated or pressed
- 8 cups shredded cabbage (from 1 head)
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/3 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup sliced fresh chives
- 1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Step 1Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, jalapeño, and garlic in a bowl. Add cabbage, onion, cilantro, chives, and parsley and toss to combine.
- Step 2Season with salt and pepper. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 4 hours.
