Adapt this basic quick bread recipe to make a basket of different breads this holiday season. Variations include Banana, Brown Sugar, and White Chocolate Mini-Bundt Cakes, Glazed Orange-Poppy Mini Loaves, Bacon-Cheddar Mini Loaves, Mixed-Olive Loaf, and Dried Plum and Apple Loaf with Crumble Topping.

Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
4 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
6 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted

Directions

1. Step 1In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. Step 2In a medium bowl, lightly beat together eggs and milk.
3. Step 3Pour milk mixture and melted butter into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Continue making Banana, Brown Sugar, and White Chocolate Mini-Bundt Cakes, Glazed Orange-Poppy Mini Loaves, Bacon-Cheddar Mini Loaves, Mixed-Olive Loaf, or Dried Plum and Apple Loaf with Crumble Topping as desired.
