Ingredients
- 4 (6-ounce) skin-on salmon fillets
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil, plus more if needed
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Broiled Broccolini and Capers, for serving (optional)
Directions
- Step 1Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon, skin side down, until skin is crispy, 5 to 7 minutes. Flip and cook until just cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes.
