Ingredients
- 1/4 cup packed fresh rosemary
- 3/4 cup kosher salt, divided
Directions
- Step 1Process rosemary and 1/2 cup kosher salt in a food processor until rosemary is finely chopped, about 20 seconds. Add an additional 1/4 cup kosher salt and pulse to combine. Spread on a rimmed baking sheet and let dry 2 to 6 hours. Makes 3/4 cup.
