Warm up with the gooey-melted chocolate and crunchy pecans in this s'mores inspired cobbler.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted, plus more for pan
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1 (10-oz.) package bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
  • Year-Round Cobbler Crust

Directions

    1. Step 1Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly butter an 8-by-8-inch baking pan.
    2. Step 2Stir together butter, pecans, chocolate chips corn syrup, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla and salt in a bowl; transfer to prepared pan. Sprinkle with Year-Round Cobbler Crust.
    3. Step 3Bake until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
