- 6 pieces thick-cut slab bacon
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
Directions
- Step 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and fit with a wire rack. Place bacon on rack. Sprinkle sugar over bacon. Bake until bacon is cooked and sugar is bubbling, 10 to 15 minutes.
