Ingredients
- 3 Persian cucumbers, grated
- 2 cups plain whole Greek yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- Kosher salt
Directions
- Step 1Place grated cucumber on a paper towel-lined baking sheet and let stand 30 minutes to allow the juices to release. Squeeze cucumber to remove as much liquid as possible.
- Step 2Combine cucumber, yogurt, oil, lemon juice, garlic, and dill in a bowl. Season with salt.
