If you're hosting a party, one no-brainer dish to serve is fresh veggies with a dip. It's a snap to make, and both satisfying and tasty for guests. To create a beautiful crudités board, choose a wide selection of vegetables that have different colors, shapes, and textures. Place each vegetable in several different places on the board.

Ingredients

  • 1 (15.5-ounce can) cannellini beans, rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Crackers and spring vegetables, for serving

Directions

    1. Step 1Combine beans, peas, garlic, mint, and lemon juice in a food processor. Process until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. With the machine running, slowly drizzle in oil until combined, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with crackers and crudités.
