Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small English cucumber, chopped
- 4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 1/2 cups slightly crushed pita chips
- 1/2 cup pitted halved kalamata olives
- Greek Dressing
Directions
- Step 1Arrange lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, feta, onion, pita chips, and olives on a serving platter. Drizzle with Greek Dressing just before serving.
