Looking for a brunch cocktail with all the spice and flavor of a Bloody Mary, but not quite as stiff? Try this Mexican-style combo of lime juice, beer, Clamatao, and spice. It has plenty of kick.

Ingredients
- 1 (32-ounce) bottle Clamato tomato drink
- 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (such as Tabasco or Cholula)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/4 cup Tajín Clásico chili-lime seasoning
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- Beer (such as Corona or Modelo)
- Lime wedges and cilantro sprigs for serving
Directions
- Step 1Combine Clamato, lime juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire in a pitcher. Combine Tajín and salt on a shallow plate. Place water on a second shallow plate.
- Step 2To serve, dip glasses in water, then in Tajín mixture. Fill each with ice and 1/4 cup Clamato mixture. Top with beer and garnish with lime wedges and cilantro sprigs
