Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 0.33 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. Turbinado sugar
Directions
- Step 1Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Whisk dry ingredients and pistachios together to combine in a medium bowl.
- Step 2Mix melted butter and milk together and stir, using a fork, into dry ingredients until just combined. Drop heaping tablespoonfuls onto baking pan, 1 inch apart, and sprinkle tops with turbinado sugar.
- Step 3Bake until biscuits are golden brown, about 14 minutes.
